Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Why isn't anyone talking about the fourth installment? Was it such a failure that no one even wants to mention it?

It seemed better than the third part to me. Of course, it has its flaws. For example, the dialogue system, which doesn't look very good compared to other games in the series (like Vegas). But I wouldn't say it's a terrible game. And even though the choice between factions is a bit more ambiguous than in Vegas. But that's more because the Legion from Vegas are such blatant villains that it's almost embarrassing.
