Which town is easier to win with when playing against other players on Random maps?

I agree with everything, but I don't see any obvious advantage for the Elves... Kir'ath may run fast, but, for example, archery is a useless skill for an Elven Castle... Mephala is a great hero... but when comparing populations (effectiveness), Elves will have Gnomes and Dryads spawning, while Humans will only have Pikemen... and sometimes Crusaders... I'm talking about speed!!!
