Guys and girls, I see that there are abuses of the rule regarding the mandatory time limit, so this rule is canceled starting from the 2nd round, and a default rule is introduced: if you can't agree on a game within 2 weeks, both players will receive a technical loss. I don't want to deal with your squabbles in a tournament with 100+ participants, honestly, those who want to play will find the time.
In exceptional cases, if there is a language or cognitive barrier, write to me, and I will try to help you find a time that suits both of you.
