Currently, the plan is to set the value of control scrolls to 20,000, similar to a relic found on the ground. Due to this change, they will cease to generate on many templates, and on the remaining templates, the probability of finding a control scroll will be approximately equal to the probability of finding a control effect on a relic (Crown of the Magi/Ring of the Magi/Amulet of the Elements/Boots of Levitation). For comparison: the frequency of a control scroll is 30, the frequency of a relic artifact is 150, and 4 out of 21 (excluding the Captain's Hat and Boots of Levitation) relics provide a control effect. That is, the probability of finding a scroll is related to the probability of finding an artifact with a control effect as 1 to 20/21. Therefore, scrolls will no longer be something special compared to what already exists in the game.
