Awakening of Evil

Two steps from the city. They look like large markers that rotate around the warriors of the Dungeon faction, but they are slightly larger than the ones around the warriors.

I don't know what's causing me not to see the markers (just like in mission 3, I didn't see the markers near the altars), but could you please provide screenshots or coordinates of the markers?
