There can only be one victory condition. The same applies to defeat.

The bonus for destroying all enemies is not always awarded. In scenarios with two victory conditions, the second condition will always be "Defeat All" – in these scenarios, the bonus is awarded. But if there is no such victory condition, the bonus is not given. You must always fulfill the second condition (destroy all enemies), after first finding the Grail – then you will receive two bonuses. If, however, the first condition in the scenario is to build the Grail, you will have to choose one bonus out of two.
