Actually, Revan's dream about an Asian cutie reminded me of one storyline in the movie "About Love." There, a Japanese woman dreamed of love with a Russian man, was a fan of Russian culture, and even came to Moscow for a Russian culture festival to find that special Russian man. She walked around, admiring our Russian drunkards, outcasts, and other oddities, seeing all of this through rose-colored glasses. In the end, she was used for a one-night stand by a Russian guy who immediately sent her away because he had a wife and children. And in the end, she was comforted by a Japanese man from the next room in the hotel, who had been stalking her for a long time and, because of her, had also started studying Russian culture and pretending to be a fan of her.
So, Revan, maybe there's a cute Slavic girl nearby who is quietly stalking you and waiting for you to get disappointed in Asian women, but not in their culture?
