I can't beat the "Croatia" map.

Nasos, another problem in this case is the lack of specifics. To put it bluntly:
Ivan: I bought a loaf of bread at the store, and it turned out to be stale.
Peter: That's strange. I went to my store, bought a loaf of bread - it's fresh.
The topic starter needed to either provide a link to the download page for his specific version of the map or attach the map itself. Otherwise, it's not surprising if these are two different maps with the same name. And in any case, it wasn't right to release an unfinished product. And this is by no means an isolated case. No one has counted how many unplayable maps or outright garbage are in various collections...
I searched in online collections: there is no such map on CelestialHeavens and Maps4Heroes, but there are as many as 2 on HeroesPortal: http://heroesportal.net/maps/search/Croatia Reading the comments immediately points to a problematic map:
