NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I've always found the lack of permissions amusing. I take models, create them for myself without any issues, and the permission only applies to creations sent to fktifzobr@mail.ru and to the use of NHF models. I don't have permission for NCF and some other mods.
