Searching for mods (looking for mods for Tribes of the East).

I've been looking for a decent mod for the "Portal to Town" spell for a very long time.
I want it to work like in "Heroes 3," where I can choose which castle I want to teleport to. Ideally, it shouldn't require owning the Summoning magic skill (if it does, that's okay).
Does such a mod even exist?
I found "Heroes 5 Reanimation Mod," but it's very buggy and clunky.
