took red Kyrre for 3500 gold, spent the first week gathering resources and scouting since I didn't know the template... after seeing 3 Griffin Conservatories I realized what to do next.... in short, Kyrre is Kyrre!

Unclear play on my part. Made a mistake by searching for the treasure zone where it was within a week's travel. Used scouts and made assumptions, but simply wasted time. Made a mistake by building Archangels before Mage Guild level 10, was perpetually short on gems.
