I can’t get the super ability.

Everything is acquired normally if the hero doesn't have an innate ability that prevents them from obtaining the desired perks. The tactic is simple: you need to take skills in the first place. If the required skill isn't available, take the one that doesn't hinder obtaining the Special Ability (SA). If the available options will block access to the SA, choose the skill needed for the SA. If there isn't one, choose the skill that increases the level (even if it's not needed). If there are 2 new skills, choose the one that appears more often (although it's up to you). And it's desirable to upgrade all racial skills as early as possible.
