Cleared the graveyard with 27 harpies in one turn, no citadel, 2 GM... On level 121, I added dragons and started taking hidden stashes and teleporting... Then...
...ran into a mansion with 20x5=100 vampires. Used the tub to kill 80, then finished them off with almost no army. Leveled up to 132 on 6 blazes, broke through the goal. The tub was well-leveled, level 17 (stats were something like 17, 16, 7, 18). Lost 1 blaze, then added 2 more and defeated the opponent with seven blazes.
