My Skype contact information is also provided, as well as other ways to reach me, such as a personal message on the forum. The comment about "celestials" is funny. I offered to host a Tournament because there were no other volunteers, and the deadline was approaching. You still haven't explained why you waited until the last moment...?) For some reason, critics (there’s this type of player) see their “contribution” to the development of the Heroes community only in criticism; when it comes to specifics, they immediately disappear! And meanwhile, there is a catastrophic shortage of hosts.

as far as I understand, this point was simply copied from other regulations without any ulterior motive. There is no such ban in official Tournaments; ask Dirty.

This means that everyone agrees with it because this point serves as an obstacle for players who often annoy other players and organizers.

Anyway, I would have written it because I strongly disapprove of when an organizer changes the registration deadlines or does not clearly state this moment.
