No matter what you do, you always do the right thing.
For example, I recently started eating everything. Well, not exactly junk food, but everything that normal people should eat. Because something... I've been on a diet for over three years, following it almost perfectly, and yet year after year, it only gets worse, worse, and worse. Instead, I'm not getting enough vitamins and amino acids, and unrelated gastrointestinal issues are appearing.
Besides that, I started exercising again, after three years of not doing any strength training at all. This is also not recommended for health reasons (this is why I stopped). But the process of losing weight and weakening is bad not only because of the deterioration of external characteristics, but also because it is dangerous for health (a curved spine becomes harder to support, bones press on the stomach and other internal organs, common sense, basically).
I had a very bad night, and now I'm wondering – did I do the wrong thing by deciding to make these changes, or would I be thinking in a year that I did the wrong thing by deciding not to make them?
