And leave in the pack what is currently there:
Legend of the Red Dragon ver 0.71 ENG

And also make it possible to play Legend of the Red Dragon in HD mode.

I will definitely add the new version of the mod. I don't see the point in leaving version 0.71. By the way, you can add the mod yourself. Create a new folder in the Heroes3\Complete\Mods_TC\ folder with the name of the new mod, and add the supporting files, similar to other mods. My program will automatically pick up the new mod.
