Sacred Haven of Debauchery

I remember it clearly. I was riding the bus, and at one of the stops, an elderly woman with crutches got on. People immediately surrounded her, helped her get on, some guy gave up his seat for her, and the driver didn't even charge her for the ride.
And I don't even need to mention that on smaller streets, drivers almost always stop and yield the right of way.
