Yeah, because EWA has made significant progress in this regard, both in terms of the number of creatures, the translation, and the quality of the icons.

Well, my icons are of good quality; as for the rest, that's not up to me. Besides, if EWA already includes almost all the creatures from NCF, and compatibility with NHF is planned for the very near future, it diminishes the relevance of a new MegaPack build, although such a collection wouldn't be superfluous!
