Heroes of Might and Magic III - Complete Collection + Era2 + VCMI + Utility.
I reinstalled the game from a different package – everything worked fine.
That is, first find a simple copy of "The Shadow of Death" or "Complete Collection" where the "Paragon" map will run normally, and then apply the HD mod and anything else you want to it.
