I can’t get the super ability.

2 skills are offered only if all bases are filled or all bases are fully upgraded. In the upper left corner, a new base is always offered, and in the lower left corner, an existing base is offered for upgrading. If all bases are fully upgraded and there is room for a new one, then both windows will offer new bases; or, if all bases have been taken, both windows will offer to upgrade existing bases. In the upper right window, a perk from a base is given, and in the lower left window, a combined perk is given. If the combined perk cannot be obtained yet, then both windows will offer some perks from the taken bases. To upgrade a super skill, it is also important to know the wheel and how certain perks appear, as well as to choose the right ones. This way, you can even max out a skill without a mentor, but randomness cannot be ruled out, as it may make its own adjustments.
