perhaps it would be worth adding another type of filter; currently, you can sort the list like this: Rating

And what do you mean by rating? In general, the idea of rating maps is very interesting. If everyone has the opportunity to rate a map they like, that would be great. It would provide an understanding of which games are successful and which are not. However, I'm not sure if this is technically feasible.

Why do you think that sections won't be added? The voting currently indicates the opposite.
