Caught Jeremy and the game started flowing because of him. On the 2nd day, I discovered an external dwelling of bears behind easy guards. Started scouting adjacent areas and they didn't let me down either. The Dragon Utopias didn't disappoint: in the first three Dragon Utopias, full control + minimum stats for mana. Played with 40 minutes of accumulated timer up to 131 (essentially the first control), then freed Solmir from prison with a log and it took off: turns of 15-20 minutes with three heroes with full control + low-tier heroes grabbed everything that was near the castles. On 142, the opponent wrote that he saw everything (dug up the grail and placed it in the tower) and surrendered.

I confirm. I replaced the Prince.
First week - no crew, building up, getting settled. Second - take a companion and collect hives on 52 ducks. Third - take another companion, look for Dragon Utopias; on 134, on the first attempt, I dig up the grail, place it in the tower, and see that the opponent has already taken several Dragon Utopias, only three are left. By 141, I am positioned to take two of them, however, the opponent takes one with DD. I take another one that I can reach, get some good relics, but on the next turn, the opponent finds the last one, and I just can't get to it faster. In the end, I have good stats, a stack of skeletons and ducks, but no magic and no chance to get control. The opponent starts jumping around and taking cities, I surrender, thanks for the game!
The layout was interesting, but I lacked the skill to play everything out faster, and the Dragon Utopias were well hidden.
