NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

I remember ArchWarlock created a mod to add marine neutral creatures, the Ashan - Lords of the Sea, to the game (they replace the Water Elementals from the guardians of the Sunken Temple) - the mod is good, but unfortunately, it conflicts with several mods that affect intelligence, so it's for those who like it.
