I mentioned this above, so I didn't write it here, but in general, yes, this should be included if the maps and mods aren't moved to a separate section.
Creating three sections would be ideal. Of course, you could limit it to two:
1. Multiplayer
2. Single-player (single scenarios and campaigns)
