I'd like to share my thoughts on the topic. I agree with the author: these innovations are only relevant for the Tribes of the East section, as there are few maps for the other factions, and it simply doesn't make sense. Now, let's go through each point:
1. Change the title. I'm all for it. If the title includes the map type – Multiplayer, scenario, campaign – it will simplify the search.
2. Add the number of players. This will also add clarity. Sometimes, you specifically look for a map with a certain number of players.
3. Points 3 and 4 are not needed in the title because they are already in the map description (I suggest adding the map creation date to the description – there isn't such a field yet).
4. Remove the English title. I agree, but leave it in the description (for our international colleagues).
5. Remove the map size, but leave it in the description.
6. Add a sub-section by map type. This is possible. It will make it easier to find, but then the map type in the title should be removed to avoid duplicates. If I had to choose between 1 and 7, I would choose 7 – it's better and clearer.
7. Yes, it would be nice to add a sub-section for old maps – up to and including 2010.
And also, it would be good to add a new sub-section: maps that won contests. All winners from the entire forum period (2006-2017) could be added to it
