HoMM3 HD - Releases and updates.

I have the same story as LuckyF - HotA HW 1.38+ installs, shows as connected in the launcher, both in the main settings and in the tweaks, but it doesn't actually work, the button doesn't appear in the game. At the same time, the regular HW_rules_1.38 connects and works normally.
