NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Please rework Laslo and Alaric. Both of them have a team highlight that appears when they move (it's very distracting and unpleasant to look at), plus the sword floats next to them (it's hard to notice, but I did).
Right now, Laslo looks like he did in Lords of the North (without the flag), but without these issues. Currently, he has the flag but with the issues. Plus, Alaric doesn't look like an inquisitor; he looks like a regular red knight (which is still much better than his original – in the original, he's small, moves slowly, and has no flag – he looks like a little red blob, not an archbishop).
