HoMM3 HD - Releases and updates.

I have the same issue as LuckyF - HotA HW 1.38+ installs, appears as connected in the launcher, both in the main settings and in the tweaks, but it doesn't actually work; the button doesn't appear in the game. At the same time, the regular HW_rules_1.38 connects and works normally.
