NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I took a look, and out of the standard heroes, I especially liked Letos and Synitar – they look fantastic! I also liked Ranlith, but it's probably better to keep Shadia/Ilai's body instead of creating a new one – the new one slightly glitches during animation, and the fewer changes, the less of that semi-transparent glow will appear.
A couple of notes:
- Why is Erin wearing golden clothes? In all the artwork, she's wearing purple.

- Kaldorin has different colored lizard textures for the map window and the hero window.
- I redrew Sorgala to match how he looks on the icon and uploaded the textures, but the old ones are still there (but you didn't forget about my textures for Torefin, for example, but you slighted Sorgala – if there's some kind of mistake, just say so, and I'll redraw it – maybe I didn't notice something).
