Wicc, I want to point out that there are already matches that are not being played because one opponent does not want to play without reshuffling, and the other one cannot make it work.

I have meditated on this topic and came to the conclusion that the situation cannot be resolved. Some players entered the tournament with the expectation that reshuffling would be available. So, demanding that they play without reshuffling is now inappropriate.
But 1.38+ does not work for some people for unknown reasons. And it is technically impossible to demand that they play with reshuffling.

So, we have something of a deadlock. If I suggest anything here, it is only to ask that you be as understanding as possible regarding deadlines in situations where a player was ready to play now, but could not due to this issue, and later it will be more difficult due to real-life commitments. :rolleyes:
