I started playing because of the speed artifacts at the respawn. Very little money for Conflux, barely built the Magogs in the Fort. At one point, when I was critically short of coins, a necklace +1 to speed dropped from a chest — seems bad, but maybe not:)
On turn 122, I got Boots, the Griffin Conservatory (with heavy losses, but with tempo), a +7 Shield, and just started playing normally when the opponent surrendered..
