NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

What were the plans for version 0.86?

I mentioned it somewhere above.

1) Add at least 90% of all heroes from the entire Ashan to NHF_E, taking into account non-repeating special abilities within the faction;
2) In NHF, give non-repeating starting spells, combinations: "skills+ability" to heroes within the faction;
3) Fix found bugs, strengthen weak heroes within the NHF;
4) Standardize rewards from "banks" (there were some inconsistencies);
5) Remove duplicate story heroes.
