Due to a large rollback, I couldn't get up to speed properly in the first few days, but a necro-coat lying near the castle and two arriving necromancers lifted my spirits a bit. During the first week, I played as a necro and clashed with the AI (who kindly provided me with a +speed necklace), and during the second, I gathered cons (from 4 pieces to 8 angels, stability) and resources for angels. Necro-boots were added to the coat. On 127, while trading for the remaining resources needed to build angels, I almost bit my own hands off discovering that I was short by 400 gold. Having barely survived this blow of fate, I only managed to get the angels at the start of the third week and went for the first Dragon Utopia, which gave me a KS. This was great because resources for the Mage Guild were tight. At the end of the third week, I pushed toward the opponent and snatched one castle from him, but high stats appeared there, and my army of 9 archs and 1k bones stopped seeming convincing to me. I went to seek fortune in a swamp treasure. Fortune awaited in the second Dragon Utopia in the form of bracers and wings. I spotted another Dragon Utopia. On the way to it, I made a couple of beautiful "papal" moves, strolled through the swamp in the necro-coat, and played as a necro in the wings. The third Dragon Utopia gave me КВ. I really missed having Town Portal; there was a moment to catch the opponent while they were ramping up. But the opponent apparently noticed my struggles and built 4 Mage Guilds in the AI castle right before I captured it for the second time. For the rest of the time, I chased the opponent. I didn't collect evidence during the game because, firstly, that's how a whole CIS-2017 finalist taught (ducks were ruining my morale) and who am I to argue, and secondly, I had to leave the opponent a chance at victory. In the end, the opponent lacked a viv, although if I hadn't had KS (and the cloak of renunciation, which I didn't pick up as it was unnecessary), everything could have turned out differently. Impl on 2400 and a vial of life could have made adjustments, but it happened as it happened.
