I completely agree, because this is not a prosecutor's office, but a Heroes forum, and we are here to play, not to make claims against each other. You're not a stupid guy, so you should understand that 99% of the participants already know everything, and no one will prove anything, because no one needs it. You should have said the truth a long time ago, and everything would have fallen into place.
From my side, I see violations only in botting and "incorrect participation in the tournament." Regarding the unfinished maps, I understand you very well; no matter how you balance the maps, there will always be dissatisfied people, and that's normal (except for the mirrored map option). And the lack of experience in this is not a big deal; we all start doing something for the first time and learn from our (or others') mistakes. Besides, there are not so few participants, and it is very difficult to edit for each pair, especially in terms of time. Everyone understands this, I hope.
Let's decide and finish this tournament. Many are waiting for the next one :). In the next tournament (if you and Step have the desire), I can take on some of the work, maybe we can involve someone with more experience in organization and make a more well-thought-out and planned tournament. But this is only if the organizers can participate themselves :). I have a suggestion to make the next tournament on the TE version. If this version is unfamiliar to someone, it is the same as SoD (all the innovations can be turned off), in which you can perform quick operations with stacks (personally, this takes a lot of time for me, especially transferring troops in a chain). But these are just plans for now, and you guys, finish this one. :)
