HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

Hello!
Is it possible to install this mod on top of the remastered version in Steam, the one made by Ubisoft? I don't even need the graphical improvements as much as the functionality: grid, convenient transfer of items and troops between heroes.
