the difference between 8 and 8.15 is 3.5 minutes on the timer over 2 weeks, and very often they can change the outcome of the game in the other direction. You are trying too hard to achieve a reduction in the timer by simply cutting it down; it would be better if you used the same persistence to make your team work on this technically.
