I didn't find the "More options" tab, so I assumed that this is an old name for the tab, and the new one is Tweaks.

There are lines Misc.TournamentSaver = 1
and Autosave = 1, in addition, the first one is duplicated on the first tab with a checkbox

This is for Tournaments and simple autosaving every day (if I understand correctly). And for single-player scenarios and Campaigns, daily autosaving seems to be no longer available?
