Hello. I play Heroes 3 occasionally, but as in any game, the main thing is to develop quickly. I probably won't give any advice for battles against players, but the AI is dumb! Just produce enough units and collect resources in time. The AI even abandons castles without proper defense. With a sufficient number of heroes, you can organize full-scale pressure. It's enough to develop 2-3 heroes, meaning prioritize speed.
