Has anyone here played/is playing Season's maps? I've already completed Way Home and The Lord of Rings. The first one is noticeably easier, and the second is noticeably harder, when comparing them. Now I'm trying my hand at Heroes of Jin Yong. The first day was tough to play in a way that one of the starting heroes wouldn't be killed on the third day :) I've reached the beginning of the second in-game month, defeated two opponents near the starting sandy area (Inferno and Stronghold), but I still feel like I'm in a volcano. I've saved Xiedu for later.

It would be interesting to discuss The Lord of Rings. Some moments were genuinely challenging: the battle with Zidar, the battle with Gunnar, accumulating the required number of Wizards to break through Stig. Of the final battles, Tazar was particularly tricky. I'm sure that my tactics in these and many other cases were far from optimal, but this map is rarely discussed, unfortunately, as are the other Season's maps. Although there is a lot to discuss there.
