Registration for the tournament ended on 02/12/2017.
according to the tournament rules

"If the following conditions are not met, the participant will be excluded from the tournament after:
- 1/2 of the tournament period until 06/05/2017, if less than 1/3 of the games have been played (a replacement is possible)
- 4/5 of the tournament period until 07/31/2017, if less than 3/4 of the games have been played (replacement is not possible, the results of his games are canceled).
The result of the excluded participant is passed on "by inheritance" to a newly joined participant."

Until 06/05/2017, it was possible to replace a player.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to join the tournament at this stage.
