I would also take the Dragoon, provided I actively play with the Dragon, and not like I do now. And I haven't even seen the Anomaly in the game, I don't think (animation and voice acting), although I have two copies myself.

Vanechka is cute, but the general is nothing special.

In my opinion, Vanya and the general are equally good as leaders. But as a card, Vanya is more interesting, yes. And with a Granblue Fantasy avatar.
And in general, the new Blood cards (Emerald and Scarlet-someone-there) > Soul Dominika > all the ones presented in this poll. imo
