The mod is great, but many heroes have specialists that are MUCH stronger than others. Which hero can compete with the Overlord if he has at least 14 in magic? Give his super spells and the Biara spell a cost and reduce the free creature growth of level 4-5 by half for their owners. Otherwise, some heroes are, to put it mildly, underpowered.

In the folder with the archive, there are two versions: standard [NHF] (where unique models will gradually be added, a reasonable balance will be maintained, and a systematic approach will be used), as well as an extended version [NHF_E], which will include all the heroes of Ashan and your favorite factions, without regard to balance or a systematic approach. Don't confuse them.

Regarding the Overlord, is it possible to add attack and movement animations to him or replace his model, because he looks very strange.
