Rating? - Awful! Horrible!
It has nothing to do with the Might and Magic world. The quests are timed (it seems like Ubisoft confused Might and Magic with Raymond 3), the maps are small, there's a minimal amount of magic, the plot is weak, and the ending cutscenes completely ruined it. The differences are minimal.
The only thing that somehow restrains the desire to shove this game further down the developers' throats is the graphics and the physics of the game. However, there's one BUT: owners of video cards without support for 3x shaders will see effects that only God understands.
