Warlock – “Expansion” [4th campaign, 2nd mission]

Something's wrong; Shadia isn't appearing. I've captured all of her lower territory (the Dungeon), and I'm wandering around the upper levels, but she's nowhere to be found. There are two patches installed, 1.1 and 1.2, and the game is a licensed copy. What's causing this bug?
