I was gathering a stack of Troglodytes, by 121 I had 200 of them because Shakti came. Then I just looked for non-ranged guards, found them, on 127 I took the necro village from the opponent. On 131 I chained everything I had built in the castle, on 132 I attacked Labetha, she shot a Magic Arrow and surrendered. The opponent didn't give up, but the tower revealed the Cap of +6 all stats for 100+ Dendroids, I took them out without any trouble. Then the opponent surrendered.
