NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

In my opinion, it's better not to take anything from other universes, only Ashan!

A ballista is okay, but not the one from level 7 in one of the mods – it's just nonsense, basically a recolored catapult:smile17:
Tier 7 – As far as I understand, there are no air dragons in the Free Cities, and in general, this is the only dragon that has never been shown in any of the Ashan games (there are drakes for Elrath, Malassa, Arkata, Shalassa, and Silanna, but not for Ilath), but I think they are present in Ashan anyway, so I don't think they should be associated with the Free Cities, but as a separate neutral unit of the seventh tier, they would be quite suitable (similar to the golden dragon, which does not live in the cities of the Griffin Empire).
I don't think Thunderbirds are appropriate either – they are rarely encountered, and they usually appear as a result of being summoned from the spirit world by some desperate mage.
We need to find more information about Ilath and potential units associated with him; at least Ilath's priests and Wind Blades already exist (by the way, the Landsknechts of the Humans in Heroes 7 are actually tier 7 – so why can't Wind Blades be there? – although I personally lean towards putting them on level 6)
