I don't ban a person; I assign points for a violation. The system bans. The total number of points was not received for one message and violation.
Moreover, the system only bans for a week; I don't consider this something terrible, or even a big negative. There is time to think about not violating the rules - and that's it.
But here, a ban is presented as almost death. Even after a four-time ban, people calmly create new accounts.
