I had a similar issue about six months ago – the save game mechanism suddenly stopped working, and there were problems with GSC maps, even though I hadn't installed anything significant. It was fixed very easily – I completely uninstalled Heroes 5 and reinstalled it:smile04:. Basically, I'm saying that this collection is probably not the cause, and drivers should be installed correctly (preferably from the official website of the manufacturer of your hardware and specifically for your model).
