Dialogues with Moderators

Good evening. This is my first time on the forum—I registered today—so please forgive me if I do not express myself as diplomatically as is customary here.
My name is Anton Turov; I am the editor of several groups dedicated to Heroes and, specifically, the Epic War Age (EWA) modification

As far as I know, moderator Dyrman blocked
an active forum member atlant108, who manages a thread on the forum:
/topic/9495/

It so happens that I am familiar with the situation regarding why this happened, and knowing all the inside details of this problem, I cannot remain indifferent.
Therefore, I am in full solidarity with Rameliya and appeal to the forum administration, moderators, and coordinators with a request:

to actually issue a reprimand to moderator Dyrman for systematic violation of the forum rules, namely:
point 4.9 of the Violation System;
point 4 of the main rules of the portal www.HeroesWorld.ru :
point 17 of the Moderator Rules

These violations were and continue to be systematic on the part of moderator Dyrman. Biased attitudes toward many forum members, as well as personal animosity—including personally toward me—have been repeatedly recorded in the moderator's actions.

Let's analyze the problem a bit:

Moderator Dyrman blocked atlant108 because he had a link to Download the Gold version of Heroes in his signature
However, as far as I know, moderator Dyrman or Ment himself allowed him to place this link in his signature, which is what he did. He did this because, like me, he was often asked questions such as: Where can I download the Gold build?
Therefore, I see no fault or violation on his part here. And blocking
an active member for this seems simply wild to me!

Furthermore, moderator Dyrman accused atlant108 of allegedly distributing pirated copies on this site, but that is complete absurdity!!!
This was only about a link in the signature, which, by the way, is broken!

Also, I am aware that after Rameliya posted a message here about moderator Dyrman's own will, the latter, without investigating and without even trying to clarify anything, simply stupidly blocked her. I am just in shock. No comment

Generally, by profession I am a judge, and what is happening on your forum is complete madness for me. I have never encountered such a thing!

Given all the above, I ask the forum administration to take appropriate measures and restore justice regarding the blocked forum members: atlant108 and Rameliya
For my part, I am ready to provide additional and detailed information about the moderator's biased attitude toward forum members and toward me personally
I want to add that such behavior by a moderator simply destroys the atmosphere on the forum and does not contribute to the Rebirth of the game itself!

You insulted a moderator. According to points 4.9 and 4.22

Dear moderator, if you claim that someone insulted you, then provide evidence of this. Why did you erase everything?
