NCF – Extended list of Neutral creatures.

I'm focusing specifically on archers. The first one is a ranger, I haven't come up with a name for the second, and the third will either remain a mercenary archer or become a Black Fang archer or something else. The second will have no penalty in melee combat, with high damage and the ability to shoot from above. The third will lose its sword but gain maneuverability + precise shot.
